Questions before you order
How much noise do they block?
We don't publish a noise reduction number for these, because we haven't tested them and we won't repeat a figure we can't stand behind. They make noise quieter. They don't make it disappear, and no earplug does.
Which tip size should I use?
Start with the medium. It should seal gently without pressing or aching. If it feels loose or noise gets past it, try the large. If it presses, try the small. Most people only need to try two sizes to find the right one.
Can I wear them under a sleep mask?
Yes. They are low profile, so a single mask strap runs over the top of them. If the band presses on them, move it a little higher on the back of your head.
Will they stay in when I sleep on my side?
Soft silicone gives a little when your ear is pressed into the pillow, and the right tip size is what keeps them seated. If they work loose, go up one tip size. If they still don't stay put for you, email us.
How do I clean them?
Rinse them in cool water with a little mild soap, let them air dry fully, and store them in the case. Replace the tips if they tear or lose their shape.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no handling fees. We process orders Monday to Friday and ship within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days of the day you place them, and you will get tracking as soon as it is on its way. We currently ship within the 50 U.S. states only.
What if I want to return them?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email support@lupdenstore.com with your order number, we approve the return and send you the address, and there is no restocking fee, ever. Change of mind returns need to come back unused and in their original packaging, and you cover the return shipping.
If they arrive damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, that one is on us: send a photo within 48 hours and we cover everything.
